Manifesto

Why possibly.

POSSIBLE is really two conferences stapled together: Miami in April, Lisbon in November. Half the room shows up to both. The other half claims they will and won't. That's the joke the name is built on.

We love POSSIBLE. We just also know the truth: 60% of the value is on the pool deck, the ballroom AC is aggressive, and by 3pm on Wednesday you've stopped reading badges. This site is the field guide for the other 60%.

We punch at the ritual — panels-about-AI, "we're leaning into," the badge line at 8:45am. We don't punch at the marketers who show up. Some of them are our friends. All of them are trying.

Rules of engagement.

  • Concrete beats abstract. "The Fontainebleau lobby at 4pm on Tuesday" beats "networking."
  • No corporate-speak. If a Fortune 500 comms team would sign off on the sentence, we rewrite it.
  • Sunscreen is non-negotiable.
  • Countdowns everywhere. This is how the Panel Fatigue Network stays honest.

If that sounds right, enlist. If not, no hard feelings — the pool's still open.
