Day 1, hour by hour.

  1. 6:45 AM
Beach walk. Do it now. It won't happen again all week.
  2. 8:00 AM
Coffee at Vida. Skip the hotel lobby line.
  3. 9:30 AM
Registration. Take the badge photo seriously — it's your headshot for three days.
  4. 10:15 AM
    One keynote. That's it. One.
  5. 12:00 PM
Lunch at the pool, not the ballroom buffet. The buffet closed at 12:04 last year.

The 'coincidental' pool deck. Your two best conversations happen here.
  7. 5:30 PM
Nap. Non-negotiable. You cannot skip this.
  8. 8:30 PM
One dinner. One. Not three drop-ins. One.
  9. 11:00 PM
LIV, Basement, or bed. Choose one, commit.
